Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Very clean. Room very comfortable with lots of storage and kitchen equipment. Full size fridge. No cooktop. Dishwasher and garbage disposal in sink. Iron and ironing board. Two cup coffee pod coffee maker in room. Variety of hot caffeinated tea bags available downstairs. Free cookies. Free bottled water at check in and check out. Convenient onsite parking. Convenient location for Carolina Theater and restaurants near Duke. Lots of breakfast options. Hot and cold foods. Even cut fresh fruit available.

Best ever stay! Although if you do not have a car, it may not be the hotel for you. I booked it cause of the good location and proximity to stores and restaurants and accessibility to Duke but since it is on a highway you cannot walk or cross without a vehicle. Even with that difficulty for me as someone who came via public transportation, I’d still book this next time I come to Duke due to its amazing amenities, service, and great ambiance! The cookies before bedtime was the cherry on top!

They provided cookies upon arrival! It brought back good memories of when I used to travel as a child. There were even board games to play in the lobby which is quite large. The hotel was one of our best stays on our trip. We walked around the hotel a few times because it was such a nice place to relax.

Everything all the way down to location. Everything I needed was within walking distance. Plenty to do if I just wanted to relax. Breakfast was always good. Super clean. And not just good for the price it was just good.

The staff were super kind and the room was spacious and clean. I got up for breakfast a tad bit late, but they still gave me a plastic plate and plastic forks so I could grab something to eat on my way out. All of the staff I encountered greeted me with smiles and genuine kindness.

The location was great. We were there to go to the Duke University Hospital and I was surprised at how close the hotel was to the hospital. The breakfast was good. I was glad we didn’t have to leave to get breakfast.

Second stay in 1 month and wouldn't stay at another hotel in Durham. The staff this visit was great, Terry and Briana made sure my sister, brother and I stayed in rooms near each other. Got an email stating that I left an ear bud in room and my sister, who stayed an extra day, was able to pickup for me.

The breakfast was hot and had all the staples of a hearty breakfast. It was tasty. My one complaint is the juice was watered down. The location was convenient to the triangle and close to the interstate. The front desk was very helpful by bringing us extra pillows. We usually have to go to the desk to get them. I highly recommend this hotel.
